I'm a young woman in a wheel chair. I am also a singer/songwriter/performer. Over the years I have gone to many venues to see shows only to find that they do not have WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.
I am totally disgusted with the fact that venues are not wheelchair accessible. People in wheelchairs like myself deserve to be part of the community and get involed too. We also like to go to concerts/events.
I am hoping that with this petition we can change the situation for people with disabilities.
Please sign my petition to make venue owners and event organisers and the relevant ministers take action and make their venues and events more wheelchair accessible.
