At present the Welsh language is in danger of extinction as a spoken language, so emergency measures are needed to save it.
We the undersigned demand that education in the Welsh language be made compulsory at all levels for the entire population of Wales, from as early an age as possible to the University sector.
We demand the establishment of a New University in Wales in which all staff and students are fluent in Welsh. We demand that the entire population be educated to be fully bilingual.
