It is has been found that those residing in the BVI are being unfairly overcharged by service provider limeBVI for use of broadband internet.
It is one thing to have unreasonably high prices for their packages but becomes even more unfair to not receive the full extent of the service in which you signed up for. And this is all verifiable by the ability to run speed test on your connection.
Please Bare in mind; LimeBVI doesn't have to deliver a quality service but we in the BVI have been forced or even extorted into paying premium prices for below average performance.
Currently based on what we know so far, of all the countries that the company known as Lime provides broadband internet for it has been found that in comparison, the BVI pays the most for broadband internet service.
We, the undersigned, call on the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission to take a serious look into LimeBVIs' BroadBand internet pricing.
In it's current state, does not provide sufficient value for money and thus, feel the need for immediate and swift action.
We here by ask that adjustments be made to limeBVIs broadband internet prices to reflect, value for money. Which by the way is very important given these harsh economic times.
