Prison industries have employment services where inmates can make their own uniforms to save taxpayer money and give the offender a sense of working for themselves and earning a living.
We the undersigned call on the state representatives of Virginia to address and look into the matter concerning the problem of taxpayer funded prison issued male uniforms to female inmates for family visiting purposes.
