Unfair Credit Agencies In The UK

UK credit agencies are causing distress to millions. The situation needs to be addressed and addressed now!

We as residents of the UK do not accept the current situation and would request that Parliament conducts an immediate public enquiry into this situation.

We do not accept that out true credit identity is held in secret from us. We do not believe that people, who have a clear and excellent credit history, should be penalised for having a partner who has an adverse credit history.

We do not believe that banks and financial agencies should be allowed to work in collusion with each other to formulate a credit score, having not informed us as to how they have arrived at that credit score, point for point.
We believe affordability should set the guidelines as to how credit is allocated and sold; the guidelines used in credit allocation should not be something that the banks and credit agencies can be allowed to keep moving the goal posts on.

We expressly do not accept that credit agencies should be entitled to deny credit to people without detailed explanation as to why.

We believe in fair credit for all people and those applicants’ who have no CCJ’s and can prove employment and affordability should be accepted.
We further believe that credit reference agencies and the banks should not make further profits by selling our credit records to all and sundry especially without our knowledge or permission.
