This petition is for residents of Dekalb County Georgia who have water bill issues, including but not limited to, non received bills, erroneously high or out of average bills, difficulty with water utility customer service to get answers to questions about bills, non answers or unclear answers to how water and sewage charges are calculated, and how to remedy issues in a timely and fair manner with oversight.
We the undersigned residents of Dekalb County Georgia call on the leaders of our county government and specifically the leaders of Watershed Management to address our concerns over water billing, water meters, and lack of oversight and timely review of our accounts that seem out of line with normal bills of normal water use.
