Unban Pyrocynical

Pyrocynical was wrongfully banned on Twitter after a joke death threat. I am aware that this was last year but after several contacts with Twitter in a few months, Pyro remains banned. He has made it clear that the death threat was a joke and the "victim" of the death threat also made it clear. I want to make it so that he will be unbanned.
