For anyone who works a zero hour contract it would be extremely difficult to plan their finances and could also lead to people not being able to pay their bills on time. Every person deserves to feel financially secure and be able to plan their future accordingly. These employee's will also struggle to have a mortgage granted to them as most banks will need to see a stable and steady income being being received by a person to grant a mortgage.
We, the undersigned, call on the UN to eliminate companies being allowed to employ staff on zero hour contracts as this leaves the employee with no financial security.
