It has been the spirit of American innovation and export business that has made America a forerunner In the global market. Today this is not the case. Much of our resources and people who are willing to work are left underutilized. The economy has fallen. Many Economist have concluded that Outsourcing has led to mass unemployment and the utilization of resources over seas.

We The People of the United States call for reformation in a time of economic decline and call for guidelines on the outsourcing of jobs and natural resources over seas. It is a privilege to do business with the American Consumers and to this day we remain the largest consumers on the planet. It makes no sense that we consume while we do not produce. Unfortunately some larger business and corporations as well as proprietors who have been given the privilege to sell to our consumers do not utilize our natural resources and our workers because they simply do not want to adhere to good American ethical business standards and guidelines. A mass phenomenon of outsourcing have led to an imbalance of the market In The United States. In order to save our economy we must call for reforms in this subject.

We The people of the United States of America. Call for reform guidelines.

1.That any Business Corporation or Sole proprietorship wishing to conduct business in The United States or with any American citizen while they are present on American Soil utilize our natural resource that can be produced in The United States.

2.That if the they are wishing to do business and unable to do this that they cease any and all business In The United States of America and any business transactions with any American citizen while that citizen is Present in the Unites States of America.

3.We realize that some resources are not all rescourses that this land has and will make an allowance for this. It is imperative that any and All resources we can produce in the U.S be utilized.

4.That if any company is wishing to conduct business or sell their products to American citizens that they employ 90% American workers. Otherwise they shall not be allowed the privilege of conducting business within our market.

5.That any Company, Business or sole Proprietor found guilty of exploitation in another country of workers have their products discontinues immediately without an allowance for continuing a business under a D.B.A ..Exploitation may be defined as not adhering to All United States department of Labor laws.

6.That the only way a resource is taken from another part of the Globe aside from being no existent in The U.S that it be deemed harmful to manufacture here or produce. Such as the fact it is too risky to run a pipeline of oil across the U.S so in that case this provision can be used to utilize o the closest Market which would be Canada . Mexico or South America and transported via tanker or truck before we allow production and or resourcing going over seas.

7.These guidelines extend to commerce by telecommunication , as an example all companies utilizing foreign call center workers shall cease this practice immediately if they wish to sell their products in or to The United States and it's citizens.

8.From the date in which this policy comes into effect all businesses, corporations, and sole proprietorship have 6 months to conform to these guidelines or they shall face legal penalties , such as Fines and or prison time as well as seizure of all those business related assets by the American government.
