Reverse the decision to redeploy M E Nkosi

1. This petition communicates the concern of the sgb, regarding the decision taken by the department,to deploy the principal of somcuba primary school, without informing the sgb and the parents.

2. The sgb and the parents feel aggrieved by the decision,as they had a lot of faith on the principal leadership and management style.

3. Further the sgb feels aggrieved by the lack of consultation on the decision taken,as in terms of clause 16(1)of south african school act (sasa)act no 84 of 1996,clearly states that the school governing body,is a legislated structure, established to ensure that the school is democratically governed.

Further the act stipulates that "governing body stands in the position of trust towards the school"

4. The sgb feels that there was an omission on part of the department in light of the above act ,and wish that the department should review the decision taken,and further to involve all the stakeholders.
