As diaspora Jew and supporter of Israel, I'm appalled that this discriminative reality exists in 2017 in Israel! we jews who suffered enough as minorities in our own countries over generations, and the last thing we want to see happening is such treatment to a minority in our Jewish homeland, Israel. especially this bedouin community which has been an ally of the state for decades.
Khawalid doesn’t have Rachels, Rebeccas, Deboras or Alizas…but has wonderful Israeli bedouin women who have to use hoes to plow the road and allow access to other cars.. would you accept for this to happen for Jewish women? NO!
we call upon you to intervene IMMEDIATELY and make the road paved.
