We assert that there is overwhelming evidence to support the accusation that James Francis Edwards Junior and Chancey Allen Luna murdered Christopher Lane, 22, of Melbourne, Australia with a gunshot to his back.
Furthermore, Edwards made racist statements concerning killing caucasian people shortly before the murder on Twitter.
There is every reason to suspect that Edward's motive in murdering Lane, a complete stranger, was at least partly of a racial nature.
Should one or both of these persons be convicted of the first degree murder of Lane and/or of violating Lane's civil rights in the process of murdering him, we the undersigned, call on the Governor of Oklahoma and/or the President of the United States, to execute the convicted said person(s) in the electric chair at the first opportunity.
