We, the undersigned, call on the people of Maryland to resend the Governor of Maryland's Martin O' Malley non signed commission and swearing-in of Ramona Moore Baker for her elected office as Judge of the Orphans Court Baltimore City.
She won the office and deserves to have the same rights given to the other Judges of the Orphans courts in the state of Maryland in 2010.
Ramona Moore Baker had a commission prepared but the commission was pulled back and she has not received the commission for the Judge of the Orphans court for Baltimore City nor has she been sworn in.
The Voters approved Ramona Moore Baker in the primary before the General Election. And, Ramona Moore Baker Won the general election.
She deserves to be sworn in, receive her commission and take the elected seat as one of the elected Judges of the orphans Court in Baltimore City.
