We the homeowners of Autumn Woods West would like leniency of our neighborhood. We know that the objective of a homeowners association is to make sure that the neighborhood is well kept. We would just like for you to consider some things that are beneficial to us as residents of our community. We love where we live and in no way would we try to devalue our properties or neighborhood in which we live. Together as a community we will ensure that our neighborhood is properly taken care of.
We as homeowners understand the value of being homeowners. I would like to gather signatures in order to get certain approvals from our current homeowners association. The things that we would like I know are in the best interest of our financial situations and to maintain a beautiful appearance of our properties. I am asking you my neighbors to come together and unite to get some approvals that can help us. We all have different circumstances and reasons for what we add or do not add to our properties. Some help us to not waste money or to help prevent to keep paying for things that we would have to continuously pay to get fixed. With gathered signatures we can help one another.
