Officer Stephen Owens is a Bismarck police officer. During his short amount of time here, he has gone above and beyond for our city and for those of us to live here. Officer Owens has made a great impact on our community. When I think about all of the things that the "ideal" police officer has, Officer Owens fits all of those qualifications. He is one of the best to protect and serve you and your family.
This petition is to support Officer Stephen Owens, his character, and employment with the Bismarck Police Department.
Officer Owens has recently had accusations against him that may result in loss of employment with the city of Bismarck.
I feel that it is important to stand behind the officers that go above and beyond for our city, with Officer Owens being one of them, we need to stand up as a community and support him to our highest ability.
Not only does Officer Owens protect and serve within the city limits, he also selflessly puts his life on the line while serving in our United States Army.
