Support the Rights of Neighbors Against Excessive Noise from the Wayland Gun Club

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulations (Regulation 310 CMR. 7.10), state that exceeding the ambient noise level by more than 10dB is in violation of its regulations.
The Wayland Rod&Gun Club routinely, in the recent past, has grossly exceeded those levels; and the noise level is progressivley getting worse.
Loud, semi-automatic, gun fire can can be heard, often forcing people indoors. Indoors, the noise can still be heard.
We, the undersigned, call on the Wayland Board of Health to intercede with the Wayland Gun Club to cease their violations of the Commonwealth's Regulations on noise pollution.
Their gross violations of the Commonwealth's regulations is robbing their neighbors of their right to quiet enjoyment of their property; is increasing stress for their neighbors, thereby affecting their health; and, is contributing to a loss of their property values.
We implore the Town of Wayland to attempt to rectify this situation.
