Please somebody sue Karuna (Vinayagamurthy Muralitharan) and his men in the Court of Law – Sri Lanka

It is well known news and fact that innocent civilians are being kidnapped and killed by Karuna and his men for ransom money in Sri Lanka. But there is no action by police.

Karuna and his men run a political party called TMVP and their head office is in Colombo.

TMVP publicly claim that they have a military wing as well.

Which Law of Sri Lanka allows a political party to operate a military wing?

Did Government give any special permission for them?

Is their military wing a part and parcel of security forces or police?

Does the Government have any agreement with Karuna?

But Government says it does not have any connection with them.

Who are these Karuna and his men?
They are deserters from LTTE.

As former members of LTTE they involved in activities and attacks against security forces and civilians. There are enough evidence to proof this, including LTTE videos and articles.

They all are now living in the area cleaned and controlled by the Government.

Did the police prosecute them for their past activities?
Were they freed from any Court of Law?
Did the Government give any public pardon to these LTTE deserters?

They were not prosecuted by the police and there is no public pardon for them. Then how do they freely live in the Government controlled area and run a political party along with a military wing in Government controlled area.

They are not punished for their past activities and now they involve in kidnapping and killing.

Please somebody come forward to sue Karuna and his men in the court of Law for their past and present activities.
