No to Student Accommodation in Harper Road

We have got letter today. stating that a 4/5/7storey buildings 225 bedrooms is going to be built on Harper Road.

This is going to cause the below issues which we are disputing

Blocking light from houses which if u request an extension within our area we are refused based on blocking the light.

Height of buildings and size is not something that our community could see would work and would be on top if of family homes

The amount of Noise this would create also would breach all safe limits affecting standard of life for families

Noise, mess, litter..

The accommodation on Gulson road as an example. ever since this accommodation was built there is a major problem with glass food thrown out of the windows on daily basis, also this is causing rats and vermin collecting around the area

Also the amount of traffic that this accommodation would bring on a small street would be unbearable for the community and also unsafe for the large amount of children within this road and also surrounding roads in our small community.
