We need to get a stronger sentence for a 17 year old girl that has been convicted of sexual assault on child under 13. Unfortunately the judge saw fit to only impose a 3year community supervision order and banned from working with children and placed on the sex offender register. For obvious legal reasons the girl cannot be named.
We the undersigned ask the Attorney General’s Office to consider granting an appeal for a harsher sentence in the case of the teenage babysitter found guilty of sexual assault on a child under 13.
