Consumers Energy charges a fee even if you do not have any usage of gas or electric resources. I was charged a $11.75 for gas usage, even though I showed zero (0) usage for the month. They said they can assess these fees just for providing service to your residence even if you do not use any gas ($11.75) or electricity ($7.00). (They call it an access fee).
This Petition is to STOP unjust and unfair ACCESS Fees by CONSUMERS ENERGY.
