The Labour Government wants to introduce a Bus Lane in Marina Street Pieta. This involves the uprooting of trees which provides residents and visitors shade among a beautiful walk next to the peer itself. People go for a jog, a walk with their dogs and even fishing.
Transport Malta is trying to hide this fact from its residents, a social injustice to narrow the current road having already added bollards and allowing advertising placements to feed more the capitalistic attitude of the Labour Government.
Please, lets try to stop this social injustice.
We, the undersigned, call Transport Malta, to stop the introduction of a Bus Lane and the uprooting of trees.
