Synthetic drugs/ poisons are being sold as K2, spice, and many other names. These drugs are more dangerous than PCP or meth and are being sold in Tobacco stores in our community. The effects of use are causing death, psychotic episodes, and seizures to name just a few of the effects. The marketers are targeting youth.
We as a community need to stop the sale of these chemicals in our communities and drive out the " legal" drug dealers.
We, the undersigned, call on the Minnesota city council members to amend the city ordinance to stop the sale of any synthetic substance that can create a dangerous altered state to an individual.
We petition to stop the sale of synthetic poisons.
