Well established neighborhood with kids and grandkids that play safely throughout entire neighborhood.
No traffic congestion now, rezoning would increase traffic patterns drastically which increases traffic congestion.
We, the undersigned, owners of property throughout the West Ord Neighborhood affected by the requested zoning change to 1646 W. Ord Way, do hereby protest against any change of the Land Development Code, which would zone the property to any other classification other than it's present zone laws.
