As a resident of Grays Point with young children, I am fed up with the amount of accidents occuring at the intersection of Serpentine Rd and North West Arm Rd and just beyond on the bends into Grays Point. With one road in and out, a road that is original from the first settlers into Grays Point, a road built for Horse and Carts - an immediate upgrade is required. This road services a huge community: residents (houses approved by council), Boats to the boat ramp, buses, trucks and children walking to and from school. The accidents on this road are not always speed related, I have seen all manage of folk lose control due to the XXXX of the road. 50 years ago Council bought land on this corner for the purposes of a round about, it is still a vacant lot.
There is no safe place for our children to cross
