Why again if this was not your fault as a consumer! We consumers decry the prejudice of Service providers refuting and refusing to change policy when it comes to exchange of damaged goods sold to Customers eg: Cellphones, TV's and other electronics. We refuse to be opted to fixation of 7 or 8days old Item bought from you. We want Total Change!
