1st week of June/2014 I have sent an assignment through Asian golden air cargo from Murgab- Kuwait to Bangladesh to Chittagong home delivery. Bill number 18081/3 the company promise to me they will deliver my goods less then 15 calendar days. When another cargo company can deliver their respective customer's goods their own destination less then 15 calendar days. After one month i received a phone call from asian golden cargo murgab-kuwait they inform me my assignment in the chittagong air port waiting for clearance when I ask them for your mistake why I have to suffer? They become crazy........
2nd week of July/14 the company's representative call my family in Bangladesh we have to collect goods from Asian golden air cargo Chittagong branch office!my family asking them it was home delivery!what about home delivery?answer from company if my family unable to picked the goods from their branch office they will delay one more month!how stupid management of this company. I can't explain....
What to do my family collected goods from Asian golden air cargo Chittagong branch office! Rain water damaged my maximum goods. This company can continue business? Or should be blacklisted?
