For many years the travelling carnival has attracted dangerous and criminal activity..It has enticed and attracted violent patrons.. It has become an attraction for criminal activity to be conducted from outsiders who do not reside in the city or its surrounding communities with muliple.shootings in its history and constant violence night after night. Year after year. The carnival needs to be banned from operating in the city of Revere..the safety of the citizens, children and tax payers of Revere need to come before the minor profits these traveling side shows contribute to the city.
We the undersigned call on the city council, licensing commission pur mayor and showcase cinemas national amusements to stop granting permits and allowing to rent their property to any and all carnival or theme park type businesses to operate in the city of Revere. Indefinitely, Until the future safety of the citizens of Revere can be guaranteed by those applying fpr the aforementioned permits to operate.
