This petition is regarding the mass disturbances taking place on the Elizabeth Township side of Fox Road in Newmanstown Pennsylvania by the Frederick Grice family and the visiting youth to their home.
The behavior and utter lack of respect for the law and wishes of their surrounding neighbors has led to these youth "peeling out" of driveways, traveling at excessive speed on Fox Road, many complaints of crossing the center line and forcing residents of the area to run the shoulder of the road, reving engines up and down Fox Road, "burning out" infront of residents homes that have made complaints to law enforcment, drinking at the State Game Land parking lot at the top of Fox Road and discarding and or breaking glass against trees and rocks, spining their vehicles in the State Game Land Parking Lot, and walking in public along Fox Road with open alcoholic beverages.
Many of the residents have children and family members that frequently walk along Fox Road and we all now fear for their safety. This blatant disrespect for others needs to be dealt with by our Fox Road community working alongside Elizabeth Township to bring law enforcment to our area.
