Delores Gallop civil rights was violated by not taking legal action against the person who made the threat. I feel like justice needs to be served. How can you not say that this person will kill or not kill, that's a chance you can't take.
Facebook should have immediately destroyed the death threat that was made but instead Facebook allowed it to stay up. Facebook should be held accountable and legal action should be taken against Facebook.
Should Facebook be held liable for not taking down death threat that was made on a Facebook user page.
