I went to a local store last week and the clerk asked if l recognized these two African American children ages under twelve. The clerk had a picture of the black boys thats read if you see these boys call the police they like to steal candy. I replied that I did not and as I walked out the store I could only think of the possibility of one of these kids being fatally shot over a candy bar. Stop the Hate.
We the people of this Nation who continue to fight for equality ask that when you are out protecting the country and guarding the land of the free to please consider the dynamics of the call of your duty these kids deserve a chance despite your personal belief.
