There has been an on-going network problem across the UK since EE turned on 4G. The signal and data are appalling, people are not receiving calls and unable to access the internet, calls fail yet the phone displays having signal.

Fully aware of this situation customer services are advising customers through various network checks, try replacement SIM, advised to try their SIM in another phone until it is passed on as a technical difficulty which will be passed on to the next level technical support team.

EE then offer a signal boost box and consistently have errors with often the systems are down leaving their customers stuck without a phone. In order for the signal booster box to work at home customers would need the internet, which customers will have to pay another network provider for Wi-Fi.

This will work out very expensive as not everyone can afford Wi-Fi and rely on their phone data for accessing the Internet.

EE need to get a grip, instead of taking people's money take responsibility and sort out the network problem it is obvious they have.

I propose that customers who have been experiencing these on-going technical problems should be given the option to terminate their contract to seek a reliable network provider.

Customers are being exploited ,many people are bound to a legal contract with EE and are not receiving what they are paying for. This mockery of their customers must stop!
