Muscogee County DFCS case managers and supervisors are knowingly making false accusations on parents and terminating parental rights on grounds of parent moving to another city or state.
Then reporting to the courts that parents are ceasing all contact with the children and not showing interest in getting the children back. Then petitioning the courts for termination of their rights.
The DFCS are not giving the courts updated information on the parents whereabouts and address and case plan completions.
To have higher authority officials and OCA do routine investigations on the department and contact the parents to verify allegations and information to make sure the parents rights are being protected and that the parents' information makes it to the courts.
