Stop Deportation of Victor, Father of two and husband and help to keep family united

Help to keep a young man's life on the right track. brought to the u.s at the age of 9. No family no nothing Father ran off left to face life with a single mother and younger brother in a new country.

Trying to make it and become something faced with many hardships growing up in rough neighborhood discriminated against and things just got harder as he got older faced with many challenges but still found a way to overcome those hardships.

Then Finally I had an answer i had gotten my permanent residency after many years of persistence and lots of $$$$$. It seemed to be a brighter future. So already being a permanent resident he happened to gotten married to his wife an american citizen. Thought he had it all had two kids both born here in c.a . not knowing that the happiest day of his life the day i got married would also be a very devastating one. See they got married because there in love and were starting a family together. Not knowing the proceedings of getting married to a american citizen we went on with life. 3 years later i got stopped for traffic violation and long story short it went harrased and took-en to jail in front of my 7 yr and 4 yr and ended 4 hours away in Lancaster after going trough county jail and ice in santa ana.

The worst thing anyone can go through is to go to all this detention centers not knowing whats going on or where im going being taken from your kids for no crime. Then i came to find out it was all because of a form they forgot to file a "form" after getting married.

Now being faced with deportation and being split up from his american citizen wife and two children and the only life he knows as he was raised and schooled here. Hard roads but has complied and obeyed and payed all fines to this government.
