STOP BOOTING AND PROVIDE MORE SECURITY

The Villages of Lake Worth has nice units and updated appliances makes you feel like your getting a bang for your buck. Are you really?

Sure enough a lot of the residents living here begs to differ. Let's touch on the topic at hand the booting of our guest cars and them having to pay a whopping 90 dollars to get the boot taken off its truly unfair.

They said they was going to get this parking issue sorted out and instead they choose to do it the cheapest way they know how printing paper as a parking pass! What are we paying for? A home, a place where family and friends are invited anytime! Spoke with the leasing lady and I asked her "well what if our guest come when the office is closed?" She said no one should be popping up anytime at your house!

BOOTING STARTS AT 8pm to 6am This is ridiculous! So residence guest can not come over with out being pre planned and knowing ahead of time or else they will be booted? We are being told systematically that we can call The villages at lake worth home... But just can not have unannounced guest... Sign this petition for a change! We pay to be here we deserve all the perks and parking is one of them! Next thing is security!!! Security gates, Working Cameras, and a security on property! One of our neighbors and a guest car was wrecked a few nights ago one car was total while parking and it was pushed into the car parked next to it causing two damages? Where's the security footage? And wasn't the back gate also knock down because of a careless driver? Will it be a human next?
