disabled people and medical assessments, not had enough points depressing, stress ,suicidal . death, mandatory reconsideration, tribunal hearing
disabled people who claim benefits whether it is ESA, DLA or PIP are having to go for medical assessments, and then being told that they have not had enough points to meet their medical assessment criteria this is causing disabled people to get depressed or for people with mental health problems it even more depressing, stressful, suicidal thoughts and sometimes even death, then you have to go through a mandatory reconsideration which can take up to 13 months to get and still be told the same decision which will then lead to tribunal hearing and if your lucky it can go your way but after months of heartache arguments in families even divorce THIS MUST STOP Disabilities don't get better they get worse
The stop assessments for benefits petition to parliament was written by diane baker and is in the category Health at GoPetition.
