Most of us have certainly witnessed irresponsible drivers speeding along the long stretch of the main road in Surinam from St.Louis across Balance to Riambel. Speed humps will force those reckless drivers to slow down and this will bring safety for us residents of Surinam. Despite the traffic signal some speed up to avoid red signal and some even cross the limit of 60 Km/h especially CNT bus drivers who put the life of others in danger.
We, the undersigned, ask for the petition to be granted to ensure the safety of the residents. We are requesting that speed humps are installed on the long stretch of main road in Surinam to reduce vehicles speeding through our village.
