Burnbook, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth. We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time, without notice. By continuing to use the app, you agree to any changes made.

General Terms

All users must be 18 years or older to use this service, or 17 with permission from a legal guardian.
You may not use Burnbook for any illegal purpose.
You must not bully, harass, threaten, or abuse anyone while using this service.
Content Terms
The content you submit through Burnbook will be viewable by others.
You are responsible for the content you upload.
Content submitted can be used to promote Burnbook.
The content you submit must not be violent.
The content you submit must not have nudity of any kind.
The content you submit must not be offensive.
You must not upload content that you do not have permission to.
We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.
We reserve the right to release information on any content you have posted in the past and future.

This EULA is concluded between Burnbook and you, the end-user. Apple is not part of this agreement. We are solely responsible for the app.

The end-user is allowed to use this app only for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad or Android devices that the end-user owns or controls, and as permitted by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store Usage Rules.

The following terms pertain if you have Burnbook on an Apple or Android device:
Neither Apple nor Google has any obligation to furnish any maintenance and support wih respect to Burnbook.

In the event of any failure by Burnbook to conform to any applicable warranty, the end-user may notify Apple/Google for a refund for the purchase price of Burnbook. Apple/Google has no further responsibility.

In the event of any claimed intellectual property infringement, we are liable for investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringment clam.

Apple/Google and Apple’s/Google's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of the EULA. Upon the end-user’s acceptance of the EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce the EULA against the end-user as a third party beneficiary.

Blushhh, LLC owns and operates the website www.burnbookapp.com and applications downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You the user (“User”) agrees to the Terms of Service described below (“Terms”) which govern your access and use of Blushhh, LLC's mobile application, information, and other services provided by (“www.burnbookapp.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Service as a whole and all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service are owned by Blushhh, LLC. Your use and access to the Service is governed by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion.

By using the Service after any such change, you agree to comply with and to be bound by the Terms, as changed. You are responsible for referring to the Terms of Service so that you understand our current terms and policies. You are responsible for continually referring to these terms to check for changes. Under separate cover is our Privacy Policy, found at "www.burnbookapp.com/hey". The terms of our Privacy Policy are incorporated into the Terms of Service found herein. Blushhh, LLC reserves the right at any time and for any reason to modify, suspend, interrupt or terminate operation of or access to the Service, or any portion thereof, and to modify or change the Service and the applicable terms and policies. Such modification may take place at any time, and Blushhh, LLC may do so without notice. You are solely responsible for your conduct and the content you provide to our Service, which includes, but is not limited to: videos, audio, photographs, text, descriptions, and any other data provided to Burnbook, (the “Content”). Blushhh, LLC monitors and reviews the Content on our Service. Burnbook reserves the right to remove any Content if we believe that it violates any Terms of Service or applicable laws at any time. If user content is down voted, with a net total of (-1) votes, the post will be removed. However, Blushhh, LLC does not guarantee that every down voted ( or reported ) post will be dealt with, and Blushhh, LLC is not required to notify users why their post was removed. Similarly, Blushhh, LLC does not guarantee that every reported (via email) post will be responded to. It is impossible for Blushhh, LLC to prohibit Content that may be considered offensive or inappropriate to some. Therefore, agreeing to the Terms of Service does not ensure that there will not be Content that is unsuitable or unacceptable to be viewed by all Users. Use of Blushhh, LLC’s Services is at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that transmissions over the Internet can never be completely secure (anonymous), and you understand that any message and/or information that you transmit to us might be intercepted and read/viewed even if we take measures to prevent such interception. You expressly agree that Blushhh, LLC may preserve any transmittal or communication by you through the Service, or any service offered, and may (but is not forced to) disclose that information if legal action may deem it necessary, or if Blushhh, LLC determines that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect any rights hereunder, or to respond to claims of wrongdoing by others. Blushhh, LLC's Community Use Policy, below, as incorporated into our Terms of Service herein, provides important information regarding permissible user content with respect to the Service. While Blushhh, LLC cannot guarantee users will not encounter objectionable Content on the Service, the Community Use Policy and adherence thereto is a critical part in providing a fun, useful, inspiring and creative environment on the Service that all users can enjoy. Accordingly, you must observe the Community Use Policy as Blushhh, LLC, may update it from time to time at our sole discretion, without obligation to notify anyone.
