Basic highschool courses such as Personal Career Planning and Social Studies do prepare the learning adult to become an employee; however, nothing in the highschool curriculum prepares the learning adult about concerns involving unemployment issues, government services, employee and employer rights and responsibilities ex: Human Resources Development and Skills, Employment Labor and Relations Services, and etc.

It is not known through many high school educations, concerning the age limit of 18 or older; unless parentally consented, that there are laws and regulations involving the work place. Such responsibilities should be educated as common knowledge in the learning adults sense of morality.

Such educational requirements would help to build a better person (not just employee) for today and an individual for tomorrow.

The basic highschool curriculum, such as career planning and social studies, which involves commmon knowledge concerning government and politics, should put into consideration the well being of their moralities by pre-educating students on services and resources available to citizens. ex: Human Resource Departments, Employment and Labor Law Relations, Rights and Responsibilities of an employee and employer, basic what you need to knows' when trying to find work, achieve work, or even loss work do to unexpected or expected life events.
