Due to a lack of available parking of vehicles in the Serena Crescent and Palace Beach Trail area, there is a need to address this situation immediately and prevent the issuance of City parking tickets to vulnerable homeowners in the Serena Crescent Subdivision.
The two (2) current parking lots are severely underused and remain empty whilst, tax-paying and condo fee-paying homeowners and residents scramble to find parking solutions and incur the senseless cost of parking tickets.
We, the undersigned, call on the Board of Directors, of Serena Crescent, in the City of Stoney Creek, Ontario, to revise the two (2) current designated Visitor Parking lots to allow for one (1) Visitor Parking Lot and for one (1) Resident Parking Lot.
