Security Officers in Singapore work 6 days a week and rest only one day
Our pay are only from $1700 to $1800 doing work that is tough and facing nasty customers. 12 hours a day is tough job and that kind of pay is meant to humiliate us further. The union of security does not want to raise pay and expects us to work like a robot. You may think that I could choose not to do this job. But my poor education background puts me at a disadvantage.
Please help to make guards hours shorter and have increased pay. Imagine 8 hours a day gives us more free time for our rest and increase productivity at work. We seldom have enough rest as after the 12 hours shift and when I reached home it's already going towards the next day.
