Pets have been allowed at Village Place Apartments since i have lived there and it has not been a problem until recently.
Urban Housing in the past has sent out letters informing tenants to control their animals or they will be asked to be remove or evicted. Most pets that reside at Village Place are harmless and do not bother any one.
Urban Housing once accepted animals. What happened?
We the people of Village Place Apartments, call on Urban Housing Solutions to continue to let the pets reside with the residents of Village Place. We have grown to love our animals and they are part of our families.
Our animals are respectful and never has it been a case of an animal at Village Place biting or being cruel to our knowledge while we have been residents here.
We pledge to maintain and control our pets, scoop the poop, and pay for any damages caused by our animals. We the people of Village Place will solely take responsibility of any thing our pets do, please just give us a try before the animals are removed!
