Kulbhushan Jadhav is a retired Indian Navy Officer and and an employee of Indian Embassy who had been declared guilty of spying by Military Court of Pakistan without fair trial. Hence he should be given a chance of fair trial again an assisted by a lawyer and death penalty should be expunged.
