Samsung Galaxy S8 Promotion Scam, Bait and Switch

Samsung USA began an online pre order promotion on 1 March 2017 with a vr Goggle's and $99 for SDCARD card add upgraded earphones.
The phone was released and most if not all promotions were gone. Samsung knew or should have known that most promotions were already sold to Samsung.com pre-orders, essentially leaving few if any promotions left for Best Buy pre orders, hence essentionall negating the Best Buy promotion ad. No p$99 promotions were left for central mountain pacific and Alaskan time zones. The Promotion was gone before these pre order sales could be picked up, The stores hadn't opened yet.

Samsung knew or should have known that there was not going to be enough 99$ promotions available. I like most pre ordered for thiis promotion and had no way to register until I picked up the pre ordered phone at which time the peromotion was gon.

Certainly advertising a promotion and knowing full well before the phones were released no Best Buy purchasers could take advantage of this promotion. Best Buy essentially advetised for a promotion that they were or should have been aware of couldn't and wouldn't be honored,
