The Homeowners of Samara Lakes would like to construct a recreational park on the land located on Samara Lakes Parkway and Buck Run Way. The community is requesting the park amenities be funded by the money contributed from DR Horton, which was awarded to the community and to be used for community recreational amenities. The Community has selected the proposals submitted by Southern Recreation and feel that the design and cost are most appropriate for the project. The community feels that the park will make the community safer and more fun for all residents, children, and grandchildren.
The Homeowners are requesting Samara Lakes Homeowners Association Board of Directors vote in favor of constructing a community recreational park at Samara Lakes Parkway and Buck Run Way to be funded from money awarded from DR Horton.
