Consider the safety of our children. We need speed bumps.

To whom this may concern, I and our neighborhood would like it if speed bumps were put on the streets of Jst and Kst, and also in front of our skate park we have had a lot of very close calls with cars speeding threw here and there a lot of children that play here.

We would like to feel that our children are safe playing at this park and in front of our homes, we are yelling at these drivers that speed threw our streets but with no concern they still speed threw here. The other day a small child was very close to being hit and another was when someone was backing out there driveway, a car all of a sudden came sqeecking around the corner and came inches from hitting the car. this happens at least once or twice a day.

Everyone in my neighborhood agrees with me when I suggest the city needs to put in some speedbumps I'm just the one doing something about it I'm a grandmother of ten and I'm concern for my kids that come play at the park and they really enjoy playing here when they visit.. so please considered this petition I am sending you, this is the area of 28th st. and J st N. E.
