If you have watched X Factor this year you will have seen an out of touch overrated bully acting like a judge, he should never have been brought back.
But Simon's lack of judgement should be reversed.
If you are signing this you are agreeing not to watch the X Factor in 2009 if Louis Walsh is on the panel for any part of it.
