Petition is about Pharmacists Rights, and for better healthcare system through thier employment at drug service areas. Its basic right of Pharmacists to have good job srtructure and secured future after completion of 5 years doctoral study, and its the basic right of Common lot to be served by this health related educated community. In recent passed drug law many rights were given to pharmacists,those unfortunately have been stolen from them by interruption of drug mafia. This drug mafia has pathetic role for health sector, leading to proliferation of unnecessary medicine including harmfull drugs. We demand exact criteria of drug sale that is listed in scheduled G of drug law.
We Pharmacist Community are against such unlawfull sale of drugs under supervision of middle and matric pass people. We ask Supreme Court of Pakistan to take suo moto action against this unlawfull sale of drugs in absense of Pharmacists. And we demand implementation of schedule G as soon as possible.
