We the residents and land owners of W Sycamore Rd
Picayune MS, Do request the following action be taken
into consideration.
In the 1980's one area of W Sycamore Rd was changed from R1 to R2 zone from hwy 11 to Magahee Lane and stop.
We the people recently found out that it was all of W Sycamore Rd, and we are opposed to this.
We come before you and ask that it be rezoned back to R1 single family residential community. Most of the people that live in this area is elderly and disabled and have lived here all of there life and we oppose any business moving in our front doors and do not want
apartment complex or mobile homes . We like our quite community and would like to keep it this way ! And we
consider this a retirement community .
And being they are some couples with grandchildren that do visit it would not hurt for some speed bumps be placed, while they fix our road we now have some caving in along the sides. last but not least a traffic light
to be put in place do to the influx of congested traffic since we were hit by Katrina and stop some wrecks from occurring.
