We live above or next to a 24hr spar shop and we are fed up with all the noise and people hanging around outside and below or flat till the early hours of the morning i have had a meeting with the spar regional manager and all he can do is put up signs which will not stop anyone from causing anti social behaviour we are fed up of ringing the police all the time there is no need for this shop to be open 24hrs here as it only attracts people from pubs and clubs.
We the undersigned call on Birmingham city council to revoke the 24hr licence that the spar shop at the lanes shopping centre wylde green has.
As it has become an area of anti social behaviour with groups of kids hanging around and music and wheel spinning from cars keeping residents awake till the early hours of the morning and we the residents see no reason for this shop to be open 24hrs apart from serving the people that are causing these problems.
