Damiano Delany lost his life due to a horrible act of violence that occurred in Harlan Co. Ky on February 16, 2013. Two men were arrested and charged at the scene with 1st degree murder, 1st degree robbery, and abuse to a corpse (which should be capital offenses but not in Delany's case)! One of those men will be getting to go home today after being granted house arrest, with no bond posted! An accused murderer being trusted on his own recognizance!
I want people to be aware of this situation and support me to present this petition to the judge presiding over this case in efforts to reverse the decision to release Justin Miller.
He gets to go home, be comfortable with his family through this difficult time he created in his life. While my best friend didn't get any second chances. This is not right and Dami deserves justice!
